They can be applied topically (with a carrier), diffused, and used in body mists and roll-ons. 
Yes, with all of our natural essential oils being 100 percent pure, most natural essential oils are safe for sensitive skin if used correctly. You can dilute it with your daily oils if you have extra sensitive skin (for e.g. Coconut oil).
Yes! You can mix our essential oils for anxiety with anything, like after a workout you can use it with our muscle pain roll on, or use the sleep roll on at night.
You should consult your doctor before using any essential oils while pregnant, especially if you are using them on your skin.
There are many oils that we develop our blends with that do not include lavender.
